延汉止痛膏用于肛门直肠疾病及术后镇痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Analgesia effects of YanHan Anodyne Ointment on Patients with Anorectal Diseases and their Postoperation

为观察延汉止痛膏的临床疗效，设马应龙麝香痔疮膏为对照药物进行临床观察。结果延汉止痛膏其镇痛效果优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏，治疗肛门直肠疾病及术后疼痛有效率达90％以上，与对照组在显效率、创面愈合时间上有显著性差异。结果表明，延汉止痛膏对肛门直肠疾病具有止痛消炎作用。

For the purpose of observing clinical analgesia effects of YanHan Anodyne Ointment, MaYingLong Moschus Ointment for hemorrhoids was taken as controlled drug. Results showed former Plaster was superior to latter Ointment in analgesia effects,its effective rate up to 90% than more,and there was significant difference between both drugs in marked effective rate, healing time of wound, etc. It would be that YanHan Anodyne Ointment has analgesia and role to diminish inflammation for anorectal diseases.
