冷冻配合药物治疗陈旧性肛裂疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effects of Refrigeration Combined with Drugs for Chronic Anal Fissure

观察冷冻配合药物治疗陈旧性肛裂效果。采用克泽普长效止痛剂肛门封闭，液氮对陈旧性肛裂冷冻，肤痔清软膏外涂患处，共治疗陈旧性肛裂103例，治愈101例，占98.1%，好转2例，占1.9%。结果表明，冷冻配合药物治疗陈旧性肛裂具有疗效好、疼痛轻，愈合时间短，并发症少等优点。

The aim of this study was to observe curative effects of refrigeration combined with drugs in the trealment of chronic anal fissure. This therapy included：blocking anus by KeZePu long-acting anodynes , refrigerating the lesion of chronic anal fissure by liquefied nitrogen, spreading out the FuZhiQing Ointment on the lesion. The 1.3 patients with chronic anal fissure were suffered to this therapy, of whom cured 101cases were,accounting for 98.1%.improved 2 cases, for 1.9%. It is suggested that this therapy has the advantages such as better curalive effects, slighter pain, shorter healing time and less complication. etc.
