复方丹参注射液对小儿肠套叠损伤保护作用的临床研究

Protective Effects of Compound Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection on Intussusception Damage in younger Children

目的观察复位前、后给予复方丹参注射液对小儿肠套叠缺血再灌注损伤的影响,为复方丹参注射液在小儿外科的应用提供理论依据。方法将90名急性肠套叠患儿,随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,给予复方丹参注射液静脉滴注,对照组应用常规治疗方案。对两组患儿血清ALP、SOD及MDA含量进行分析,并比较受累阑尾损伤程度。结果试验组与对照组比较,复位前各项指标无显著性差异,复位后试验组血清ALP、MDA值显著低于对照组,而血清SOD含量明显高于对照组,试验组阑尾组织细胞损伤程度较对照组明显减轻。试验组患儿饮食及二便很快恢复正常,住院时间缩短,并发症少。结论复方丹参注射液是小儿外科治疗肠套叠损伤安全、有效、经济实用的药物。

Objective To observe the effects of compound salvia mihiorrhiza injection on ischemic reperfusion injury in children with intussusception before and after the sick intestine reduction, in order to provide a theoretical basis of application of compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection in clinical pediatric surgery. Methods 90 cases of acute intussusception were divided at random into experiment group and control group.On the basis of routine therapy then the compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection was additionally given by venoclysis in the experiment group,but in the control group,the sick children only acepted routine treatment.The serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,superoxide dismutase（SOD） activities and malondialdehyde（MDA） content in the two groups were analyzed.At the same ime,the injured degree of affected appendixes was compared in the two groups. Results All determative values in the two groups were no significantly difference before the intestine reduction of the intussusception,but the postreduction,serum ALP activity and MDA level in the experiment group were remarkable lower than that in the control group.However,the serum SOD activity in the experiment group was significant higher than that in the control group,and injury degree of appendix＇s cells in the experiment group was obviously sligher than that in control group. In the experiment group,these sick children rapid recovery normal diet.At the same time,their fecal and urine excretion also recovery normal,shortened hospitalization period,less complications. Conclusions Compound salvia mihiorrhiza applied to treat injury of intussusception in pediatric surgery is a secure,effective and economical medicine.
