摘要
目的探讨先天性胆管扩张症的血清酶变化。方法抽取43例先天性胆管扩张症患者的静脉血化验总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、r-谷氨酰转移酶。结果病人静脉血的总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、r-谷氨酰转移酶的平均值均高于正常值。3岁以下组的总胆红素、r-谷氨酰转移酶明显高于3岁以上组(P<0.05),3岁以下组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶也高于3岁以上组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论先天性胆管扩张症的血清酶谱均高于正常值,表明肝脏有损害,3岁以下组的肝损害大于3岁以上组。
Objective To discuss the changes of serum enzymes for patients with congenital cholangiectasis. Methods Serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate amintransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma glutamyl transferase (r-GT) activeties and serum total bilirubin (STB) content were assayed in 43 patients with congenital cholangiectasis. Results The average activities of serum ALT, ALP, r-GT and mean value of STB were all higher than that in normal control value. The r-GT and STB of children under 3 years old were higher that over 3 years old (P〈0.05).Although serum ALT, AST and ALP in the under 3 years old children with cholangiectasis were also higher than that in over 3 years old, there was no statistical significant (P〉0.05). Conclusions All serum enzymes activity changes in children with congenital cholangiectasis suggest that there is liver lesion in the children and liver lesion degree in children under 3 years old is higher than that in over 3 years old.
