摘要
以TiCl4为原料,稀土盐Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为掺杂剂,采用水解法制备了Ce4+掺杂光催化剂,并用TG-DTA、XRD和BET等手段对其进行了表征.以草酸为目标降解物,考察了其光催化性能.结果表明,Ce4+的掺杂增加了TiO2粉体的比表面积,减小了晶粒尺寸;适量Ce4+的掺入,可有效提高催化剂的光催化活性.
Nanostructured TiO2 photocatalysts are prepared by the titanic chloride hydrolysis method. Cerium nitrate is used as the dopant. The catalysts are characterized bymeans of XRD,TGDTA and BET techniques. Photocatalytic activities of the catalysts are evaluated through the conversion of oxalic acid. Results show that the specific surface area of catalysts enlarges and their crystallite size lessens with the addition of dopant,which proves that doping proper amount of Ce^4+ can enhance the photocatalytic activities efficiently.
