诉答程序是民事诉讼的起始程序,就整个诉讼过程而言,它是民事诉讼程序的基础性阶段。诉答程序在民事诉讼程序中占有重要地位,而我国的诉答程序极欠完善。本文借鉴美国民事诉讼的诉答程序规定,对我国的诉答程序进行了重构。

The pleading is the start of civil litigation. It＇ s the basic stage of civil proceedings in the whole judicial procedure. The pleadings show high status in the civil proceedings, but Chinese civil pleading is lack of perfection. The article intends to reconstruct our civil pleadings on the basis of importing and studying the civil pleadings of the USA.
