摘要
本文在深刻分析我国刑事庭审中证人不出庭的原因的基础上,结合国外在此制度上的良好设置,为完善我国刑事证人出庭作证问题提出了相应的完善措施。
After profoundly analyzing the causes of withesses＇ nonppearance at court in China＇ s criminal trial, and drawing on excellent foreign legislations on this institution, this paper suggests some measures to perfect the institution of witnesses＇ appearance at court in China＇ s criminal trial.
