改革过程中的几种权益归属理论——我国国有企业改革思路再分析

从调整国有产权结构的角度去分析国有企业改革思路,似可把握住两条主线,一条是从权利客体方面看,另一条是从权利主体方面看。作者曾经沿着第一条主线分析了支配我国企业改革进程的三条思路,本文拟沿着第二条主线再评介三条改革思路,我将这三条思路概括为:劳动者主体论,经营者中心论,所有者主权论。
