重庆市民族法制建设问题研究

Study on Construction of National Law System in the City of Chongqing

重庆市自1997年被列为直辖市以后,就面临着以前从未遇到的渝东南县民族区域自治地方法制建设问题,加之市管区域的扩大,散居少数民族人口已达到21万多人,如何用法律保障散居少数民族权益,也是重庆市民族法制建设的重要内容。几年来,重庆市民族法制建设工作取得很大成绩,但也有很多急需解决的问题,任重而道远。本文在总结过去的工作成绩的基础上,同时对重庆市法制建设的工作以及相关的保障工作提供了研究者的思路和有益的建议。

Since 1997 ,when Chongqing became one of the municipality directly under the Central government, it has faced the problem of local law system of regional national autonomy in Dongnan County of Chendu. Besides, the population of scattered national minority reaches 210000 because of the spreading of the city. How to guarantee the rights and interests is also a main content of the city＇a national law system. The paper sums up the achievements in the past and offers good suggestions for construction of the cit- y＇ s law system.
