摘要
合理性和消极性是技术壁垒对国际经济贸易所固有的影响,由于实施技术壁垒对贸易保护具有特殊意义,非公正性正日益成为当今发达国家实施技术壁垒的主要倾向。以WTO为中心的国际社会对非公正技术壁垒作出了规制,但仍然存在许多缺陷。作为发展中国家,面对日益繁多的技术壁垒和其日益严重的非公正性倾向,必须加强法律应对措施。
Rationality and passiveness are the fixed influence of technical barrier over international economic trade . Technical barrier has special significance to protect trade and non -justice has increasingly become the main trend of technical barrier in current advanced countries. International society with WTO as the center has regulated non -just technical barrier, still with some defects. Any developing country, when facing complex technical barrier and serious non -just tendencies, must reinforce its law treating measures.
