Physical Education is one purtosive and meaningful social activity of the human beings, which has much to do with man＇s physical and psychological development, social life, economy, cultue, education and so on. P.E. propels man＇s full-Kale development and harmony, socialist intellectual civilization and the economy, and further promotes the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
