摘要
社会体育专业毕业生就业形势不容东观,改进这一状况可采用成立社会实践管理中心,负责学生社会实践的联系、指导、管理、考核工作;专项课教学实行“导师制”;加强术科教学的实践指导能力;充分利用综合性院校的实践机会;增加实习时间,强化实践环节等具体措施。培养和提高学生实践能力、增强学生社会适应性。
It is important to build up .social practice management canter, which response for contacting, guiding, managing, qualifying the students＇ social practice. Carry out “advisor system” in teaching professional courses. Strengthen the abilities teaching of subject practice. Make use of practice opportunities in comprehensive colleges, increase practice time, strengthen practice details, are efficient ways of cultivating and improving students＇ practice abilities and adaptation to the society.
