摘要
《金匮要略》温经汤是仲景根据女性冲任虚寒兼瘀血内停的病理特点创立的暖宫祛瘀、养血温通之方。温经汤条文中“病下利”之“利”字当为“血”字;“此病属带下”之意应为经脉之病;立方之意在于温养调经;功用在于祛瘀温通。
