川芎嗪对缺氧-再给氧所致心肌细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究川芎嗪对冠心病保护的机制。方法在建立心肌细胞缺氧再给氧损伤模型基础上,研究川芎嗪对细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶及心肌细胞中丙二醛含量的影响;同时,探讨其对心肌细胞凋亡率的影响。结果川芎嗪可降低损伤心肌细胞培养液LDH及心肌细胞中MDA的含量。结论川芎嗪对心脏缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of ligustrazine on heart. Methods After establishing hypoxia-reoxynation model on myocardial cells,the content of LDH, MDA and apoptosis rate were examined. Results The contents of LDH, MDA and myocardial cell' s apoptosis rate were decreased. Conclusion Ligustrazine has protective effect on infarction - reperfusion injury.
