医生心理健康与社会支持的相关研究

Study on Mental Health Status and Social Support of Doctors

目的了解医生心理健康水平的现状及其与社会支持的相关,为心理健康干预提供帮助。方法用一般健康问卷(GHQ_12)和社会支持问卷(SRRS)对133名医生进行测试。结果医生心理健康状况不佳的检出率为35.3%,社会支持对医生的心理健康水平具有重要影响。结论应当重视医生的心理健康问题,并充分考虑社会支持对其心理健康的影响作用。

Objective To understand the actual level of mental health among doctors and its relationship with their social support, and to provide an aid for intervention of mental health problem. Methods General Health Questionnaire（GHQ-12） and Social Support Rating Scale （SRRS） were examined in 133 doctors. Resuits The prevalence of cases of mental health was 35.3 % . The social supports of doctors affect their mental health. Conclusion More importance should be attached to the mental health problem of doctors,taking the social support into consideration.
