The New Melting Technique for The Heat Resisting Cast Iron with Aluminium.

探讨了含铝耐热铸铁熔制新工艺的可行性。试验结果表明,应用介绍的工艺方法可以使铝的烧损率稳定在14%左右,铸铁无铝的偏析缺陷。此外,可以获得合格的化学成分以及较为满意的金相组织和力学性能。

This paper preliminary approach the possibility of new melting technique for aluminium heat reisiting cast iron. The experimettal results have shown that deads of aluminium keep 14% or so, the cast iron does not produce a segregation of aluminium, furthermore, qualified chemical composition and satisfying metallographic structure and mechanical properties can be obtained in this way.
