INTRODUCTION TO X PROTOCOL AND TECHNOLOGY OF SHARING X APPLICATIONS

本文介绍了X协议特点、内容,分析了信息流的结构形式及Client/Server模式的工作机理。为了满足网络环境下的协同工作及群体通信的需求,对X工具的共享技术作了论述,并介绍了具有会议功能COLORBOARD(彩板)系统。

This paper introduces X Protocol's characteristics, contains. The 'client/server' work model and the structure of information's packets are also analyzed. In order to fulfill the requirement of team work in network environment, we have developed a computer conference system called colorboard which is based on sharing X applications,and the principle will also be introduced here.
