摘要
目的探讨医源性胆道损伤的发生原因、处理方法及预防措施。方法回顾近15年来收治的26例胆道损伤的临床资料,分析其损伤发生的原因、部位、处理方法和治疗效果。结果经胆管壁修补、胆管对端吻合或胆肠吻合术,24例痊愈(92.31%),2例死亡(7.69%)。结论保持警惕、规范操作、术中造影是预防医源性胆道损伤的关键,早期发现和正确处理对预后十分重要。
Objective To study the cause,treatment and prevention for iatrogenic bile duct injury. Methods The data from 26 cases with bile duct injury were reviewed retrospectively. Result All patients were underwent by repair of bile duct injures, choledochocholedochostomy and Roux-en-Y limb jeiunum. 24 patients were cured successfully （92. 31 %）.mortality was 7.69. Conclusion In order to preventhe bile duct injures,it is critical for doctor to maintain vigilance,perform standard operation and cholengiography during operation. It is also important for good prognosis that bile duct injury should be discovered as soon as possible and be correctly operated in time.
