急性白血病患者免疫学表型分析

Study on both immunophenotypic analysis and prognosis of patients with of patients acute leukmia

采用间接免疫荧光技术对４９例急性白血病患者进行免疫学表型分析，结果为２４例急性淋巴细胞白血病（ＡＬＬ）中，共发现Ｔ－ＡＬＬ和Ｃ－ＡＬＬ各８例，Ｎ－ＡＬＬ６例，前Ｂ－ＡＬＬ和Ｂ－ＡＬＬ各１例；２５例急性非淋巴细胞白血病中，有２例Ｍ-４和３例Ｍ-５表达ＣＤ-（１４）。２４例ＡＬＬ均不表达ＣＤ-（１３）或ＣＤ-（３３）。

Immunophenotypic analysis was performed with the indirect immunofluorescence in 49 cases of acute leukmia.The results were that of the 24 cases of ALL,8 cases were T-ALL,8 cases were C-ALL,6 cases were N-ALL,one case was pre-B-ALL and one case was B-ALL,and that of the 25 cases of acufe non-lymphatic leukmia,2 cases of M-4 and 3 cases M-5 expressed CD-(14).None of the 24 cases of ALL expressed CD-(13)or CD-(33).The results suggest that the immunophenotypic analysis may provide a new method for diagnosis,typing and leukemia cell defferentiation in ALL and ANLL.
