高血压左心室肥厚与血浆P物质的关系

Relation between left ventricular hypertrophy and level of plasma substance P in essential hypertension

为了解高血压左心室肥厚（ＬＶＨ）与血浆Ｐ物质的关系，采用放射免疫法，测定两组高血压病人（Ⅰ组：高血压无ＬＶＨ，３０例；Ⅱ组：高血压伴ＬＶＨ，３０例）及２０例正常人的血浆Ｐ物质浓度。根据Ｄｅｖｅｒｅｕｘ公式计算左室质量指数（ＬＶＭＩ），确定ＬＶＨ。结果显示，血浆Ｐ物质浓度，正常人显著高于Ⅰ组患者（Ｐ＜０．００１），Ⅰ组患者显著高于Ⅱ组患者（Ｐ＜０．００１）；血浆Ｐ物质浓度与ＬＶＭＩ呈显著负相关（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结果提示：Ｐ物质是体内的一种降压物质，持续性低水平的血浆Ｐ物质可能是高血压ＬＶＨ的相关因素之一。

In order to show the relation between LVH and substance P,the level of the plasma of 20 normal persons and the hypertensive patients in two groups(group I:30 cases without LVH;group Ⅱ:30 cases with LVH)was assayed with radio immunoassay.LVMI in all patients were calculated with the formula of Devereux.The result showed that the levels of substance P in normal persons was significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.001),and the plasma level of substance P in group Ⅰ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅱ(P<0.001).The relation between the levels of substance P and LVMI showed significant negative correlation(P<0.001).These results suggest that the substance P be an antihypertensive substance in the body.The low level of substance P might be a factor for the development of LVN.
