化痰降气胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗作用的内在机理研究

Effect on the Level of TNF-α,LTB_4 in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid of Model Rats with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease by Huatanjiangqi Capsule

目的:探讨化痰降气胶囊对实验性慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗作用的内在机理。方法:采用经鼻腔注入肺炎克雷伯杆菌反复感染复制慢性阻塞性肺疾病模型大鼠,实验分为对照组、模型组和化痰降气胶囊组。并用酶联吸附实验(ELISA)方法,测定各组大鼠支气管灌洗液肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白三烯(LTB4)水平。结果:模型组支气管灌洗液TNF-,αLTB4水平较正常组显著升高(P<0.01);化痰降气胶囊组支气管灌洗液TNF-,αLTB4水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:化痰降气胶囊可降低TNF-,αLTB4的含量,控制慢性炎症反应。

Objective：To observe the effects of Huatanjiangqi Capsule, a combination of traditional Chinese medical herbs on the changes of TNF-α, LTB4 in Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid, in order to provide basis for the explanation of the mechanisms of Huatanjiangqi Capsule and discover it＇s pathophysiological characters. Methods：According to the principle of random, 36 Wistar rats （male） were divided into control group, model group and Huatanjiangqi Capsule group, model group was established by repeatedly intranasal infecting of klebsiella pneumoniae twice a week. TNF-α, LTB4 in bronchoalvolar lavage fluid of three groups were measured by ELISA. Results ： TNF-α, LTB4 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of model group were significantly higher than in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the level of TNF-α, LTB4 of Huatanjiangqi Capsule group were lower than those of the model group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Huatanjiangqi Capsule could relieve the clinical symptoms and major injury of lung induced by super-excretion of inflame cytokine through dereasing the levels of TNF-α, LTB4 in the rats with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
