摘要
目的:建立乌龙丹的质量控制方法.方法:应用TLC法对首乌、黄芪进行定性鉴别,应用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素的含量.色谱条件:流速1 ml/min,流动相:甲醇∶乙腈∶0.025 mol/L磷酸20∶4∶76,检测波长:250 nm.结果:薄层色谱定性方法简便、灵敏、专属性强;葛根素在0.052 5~0.735μg范围之内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 5.平均回收率99.18%,RSD=1.55%.结论:此法简便、准确,可有效控制产品质量.
Objective :To build up the quality control method for Wulongdan Liquid Extract. Methods:Qualitative determination of Radix Pueriae and Radix Polygoni Multiflori. Puerarin was carried out by HPLC. The mobile phase was ethanol-acetonitrile 0.025 mol/L phosphoric acid (20: 4: 76) at a flow of 1.0ml/min, and detection wavelength was 250nm. Results: TLC qualitative methods were simple, sensitive and specific, the determination method for puerarin had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.0525-0.735μg, r=0.9995. The average recovery was 99.18% ,RSD=1.55%. Condusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used as the standards for quality control of this product.
