正交实验法优选复方消经痛胶囊中黄芪的提取工艺研究

Optimal Extraction Technology of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.in Xiao Jingtong Capsule by Orthogonal Design Method

目的:优选复方消经痛胶囊中黄芪的提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以提取物浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量为指标进行实验。结果:优选出醇提黄芪的最佳工艺为:加8倍量80%乙醇,回流提取2 h,共提取3次。结论:该方法简便易行,稳定性好,适于工业化生产中应用。

Objective：To optimize the alcohol-extraction process for astragalus membranaceus （Fisch.） Bge. in Xiao Jingtong capsule. Methods ：The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of astragaloside A and dried alcohol decocting rates. Results：The optimum alcohol-extracting condition was A3B1C3D3 , that is adding 8 times amount of 70% alcohol for three times and each for two hours. Conclusion ：This method is simple, stable, and suitable for industrial produce.
