流行性脑脊髓膜炎20例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 20 cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis

目的 探讨流行性脑脊髓膜炎的流行病学特点和临床特征。方法 收集20例流行性脑脊髓膜炎病人的临床资料，并从流行病学、临床表现、实验室检查等各项指标进行回顾性统计分析。结果 病人中以郊区为多，普通型12例，爆发型8例。4例治疗无效死亡，均为暴发型流脑，其中2例死于呼吸功能衰竭，2例死于脑疝。结论 暴发型流脑病情较重，病死率高。早期诊断、及时抗感染、降颅压治疗是提高暴发型流脑病人存活率的关键。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of epidemic cerebrospihal meningitis. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis were collected and analyzed in epidemiology, clinical characteristics and laboratory test. Results Most of patients come from suburb. There are 12 cases with general type and 8 cases with fulminating type. The 4 dead patients are in outbreaking type, 2 died of respiration function failure and 2 died of cerebral hernia. Conclusion The mortality of fulminating type of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis is very high. Early diagnosis and anti-infection treatment and depress intracranial pressure for epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis fulminating type patients in time are the crucial factors to improve the survival rate.
