摘要
在固定床反应器内600~700℃的温度范围研究了焦炉煤气还原硫酸钠制硫化钠的反应速率和影响因素.在固定床内随着温度的提高,反应速率增大,并能达到较高的转化率.温度低于680℃,表现为催化反应,Fe2O3是活性较高的催化剂;在700 C以上表现为非催化反应.焦炉煤气中氢气的浓度和硫酸钠的颗粒直径对反应有一定的影响.在反应器内只要控制合适条件,往硫酸钠中加入脂肪酸的钠盐可以避免烧结,并能获得更高的反应速率.
Sodium sulfate is reduced by hydrogen contained in coke oven coal gas in a fixed-bed reactor at a temperature within 600℃ to 700 ℃,The reaction rate and influencing factors are studied. It is found that the rate increases with the rise of temperature and high conversion rate can be achieved. Below 680℃, the reduction appears to be catalytic and Fe2O3 proves to be a high-activity catalyst. At 700℃ ,however,the reaction becomes non-catalytic. The reaction rate is affected by both the Concentration of hydrogen in the coke oven coal gas and the particle diameter of the sidium sulfate. If the reaction conditions are properly controlled ,the addition of sodium salt of fatty acid to sodium sulfate can help avoid fusion in the reactor and raise the reaction rate.
