减少纱线毛羽的喷气-环锭纺纱方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了一种新型的纺纱技术喷气-环锭纺纱,它集喷气纺和环锭纺的优点于一身.在传统环锭细纱机的加捻三角区安装喷气纺纱的喷嘴,利用喷嘴里的旋转气流将纱线表面的没有参加加捻的浮游纤维和纤维端头转移到纱的内部,从而达到减少毛羽,增加强力的目的.该喷嘴与喷气纺中第一喷嘴相似,所用气压为0.5bar,大大小于喷气纺纱中喷嘴的气压,防止与加捻方向相反的纤维产生新的毛羽.为了测定喷气-环锭纺的性能,我们选择18tex的精梳涤棉纱作试验,测试纱线毛羽、强力、不匀率等性能指标.YG 172纱线毛羽仪测试结果显示,经过喷嘴后纱线毛羽比未经喷嘴直接纺纱毛羽降低约40%,而强力略有增加. A new spinning method, i. e. the jet-ring spinning, is introduced in this paper. This method well combines the air-jet spinning's advantage with the ring spinning's. A nozzle used in jet spinning is attached to the triangular zone of the traditional ring spinning. The hair that hasn't been twisted can be transferred into the inner of yarn by the revolving air current in nozzle. At the same time,owing to the hair wrap ,the strength of yarn can be increased, When the nozzle attached is similar to the first nozzle of jet spinning,the air pressure needed is only 0.5 bar,far smaller than that for the jet spinning nozzle,yet the problem of hairiness is solved to a great extent. In order to test the behavior of jet-ring spinning, 18tex combed polyester-cotton yarn is selected and the hairiness and strength of the yarn are tested by means of YG172 yarn hairiness meters. The outcome of testing shows that the reduction of hairiness reaches around 40% and the yarn strength has a slight increase. However, because of the shorthair wrap in the main fiber,the number of thick knobs somehow rises.
