Chen Yi's Contribution to the Development of the N4A

全面抗战中,中国共产党领导的新四军是抗击日本侵略者的主力部队之一,老一辈无产阶级革命家陈毅与新四军的发展壮大息息相关,从整编之初、江南敌后、取胜苏中、在盐城军部四个历史阶段,对新四军发展壮大做出了伟大贡献。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan,the N4A led by C.P.of China was one of the main troops that righted against the Japanese enemy. Chen Yi, the senior person in proletariat revolutionist, was strongly related to the N4A＇ sdevelopment. In the essay, Chen Yi＇ s contribution to the development of the N4A was analysed in four historical aspects：the beginning of its reorganizing troops, fighting behind enemies in Jiangnan, winning the victory in Suzhong, at the headquarters in Yancheng.
