摘要
针对当前原油稳定监控系统自动化程度不高、抗干扰能力差和存在大量安全隐患等 现状,研究开发了一种基于CAN总线和MCGS组态软件的原油稳定监控系统.该系统利用CAN总 线组建原油稳定工业现场控制网络,MCGS组态上位机监控系统通过OPC技术实现二者之间通 讯.实际运行表明,全数字通讯提高了系统抗干扰能力.系统组态灵活、稳定性好、可靠性高,方便进 一步升级和扩展.
Aiming at the level of automation and capacity are not high, anti-jamming is not good as well as the existing incipient fault in safety, this paper puts forward a new type of monitoring and control system of crude oil stabilization on the basis of CAN fieldbus and MCGS configuration software. It employs CAN fieldbus in the industry local filelds and MCGS configuration to monitor and control the upper computer systems, at the same time the communication between the CAN fieldbus and MCGS configuration software is obtained by the OPC technology. The application shows that the data communication improves capacity of anti - jamming, and the performance of configuration, and stability and credibility is excellent, which is in favor of further upgrading and expanding.
