摘要 针对目前低温辐射金属电热膜产品复合不牢、性能不稳定及安装性差的缺点,对其制 造的关键技术进行了研究和试验,提出了各生产工序的技术要点,改进并改变了部分生产工艺,完 善了生产工艺流程.采用干式复合和凹版印刷技术,利用腐蚀溶液腐蚀金属薄膜,研制出性能稳定, 易于安装的新型金属电热膜. Aimed at weak compounding, unstable functions and difficult installation of low temperature radiant metal electric heating film, investigation and test were done on its key technology of manufacture. Main points of working procedure were put forward. Some producing techniques were improved and changed; meanwhile its flow was perfected. Dry compounding and plate printing technology were used, corroding solution was utilized to corrode metal film and a new type metal electric film with stable performance and easy installation was developed.
