基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子防治CHOP和CAF方案化疗所致白细胞减少症的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 作者采用随机分组、自身交叉对比的方法,观察了基因重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(RecombinantHumanGranulocyteColony-StimulatingFactor,rhG-CSF,以下简称rhG-CSF)对23例肿瘤患者CHOP和CAF方案化疗所致白细胞和中性粒细胞减少的防治作用及毒副反应。结果表明,rhG-CSF可以减轻化疗过程中白细胞和中性粒细胞下降的程度,缩短白细胞和中性粒细胞降至正常值以下的持续时间,促进其早日恢复,使化疗可以如期进行。rhG-CSF副反应轻微,安全可靠。 The authors have studied the efficacy and safety of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF, Granocyte)on leukopenia and neutropenia induced by chemotherapy with regimen CHOP(Cyclophosphamide,Adriamycin,Vincristine, Prednison)and CAF(Cyclophosphamide,Adriaamycin,5-Fluorouracil)in Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,Tonsil Carcinoma and Breast Cancer patients in a randomize comparative,cross-over clinical trial.The CHOP regimen was given in ten patients with Non-Hodgkin's lympohoma and one with Tonsil Carcinoma meanwhile CAF regimen was administrated in twelve patients with Breast Cancer.They were separated into A and B groups at random.Each patient received two cylces treatment.In first cycle of group A chemo-therapy and rhG-CSF were used.In second cycle chemotherapy was used only.In first cycle of group B chemotherapy was used only.In second cycle chemotherapy and rhG-CSF were used. The results showed that rhG-CSF significantly increase the White Blood Cell(WBC)and Account Neutropile Cell(ANC)at nadir,decreased incidence of leukopenia and Neutropenia,and reduced the number of days with WBC<4.0×109/L,ANC<2.5×109/L and also the number of days for recovery to WBC>4.0×109/L,ANC>2.5×109/L.It can ensure that chemotherapy goes on.The side-effects of rhG-CSF were slight.
