化疗－手术－化疗综合治疗N_2小细胞肺癌疗效分析

The Combined Treatment of“Chemo-surgery-Chemo”in the Treatment of N2SCLC

报告２５例Ｎ２小细胞肺癌化疗－手术－化疗的综合治疗。采用术前２～３周化疗一个疗程，然后手术，术后一年半内行５～６个疗程化疗的方法。手术切除率为９２％（２３／２５）。１～５年生存率分别为５２％（１３／２５），３６％（９／２５），２８％（７／２５），２４％（６／２５），１２％（３／２５）。初步认为化疗－手术－化疗综合治疗Ｎ２小细胞肺癌是一种值得提倡的有效方法。

Twenty-five cases of N2 small cell lung carcinoma(N2SCLC)treated with“chemo-surgery-chemo”approach were reported.All patients received one cycle of chemotherapy 2-3 weeks before surgery.After operation,the patients received 5-6 cycles of chemotherapy within one and a half year.The1-5 year survival rates of this group were 52%(13/25),36% (9/25),28%(7/25),24% (6/25)and 12%(3/25)respectively.It is expected that the long-term survival rate could be raised in N2 SCLC patients when treated with“chemo-surgery-chemo”approach,and that the resectability also could be elevated by preoperative chemotherapy.The resection rate was 92% in this group.
