利用小样本资料探索肺癌的预后因素

Evaluation of Prognostic Factor of Lung Cancer:Basing on Small Sample

利用３８例肺癌病例随访资料进行肺癌预后因素分析，发现影响肺癌病例预后的因素有组织学类型，肿瘤是否转移至其它脏器和治疗方法。作者认为选用合适的统计分析方法，小样本资料也可以取得满意的研究结果。

This paper disscussed a study on prognostic factor based on a small sample lung cancer.The main prognostic factors were histologic type,therapeutic methods and metastatic status.It was found that squamous cell carcinoma had a better prognosis than other types and that their survival was improved by operation or chemotherapy,being worse with metastasis.The study suggest that small sample study could still provide satisfying result by using appropriate statistic methods.
