产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌对11种抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法对ESBLs(—)肺炎克雷伯菌73株和ESBLs(+)肺炎克雷伯菌31株进行11种抗菌药物的药物敏感性试验。ESBLs采用双纸片协同法测得。结果肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs阳性率为29.8%。ESBLs(+)菌株对多种抗菌药物敏感率显著低于ESBLs(—)菌。ESBLs(+)菌株对亚胺培南、氨曲南的敏感率最高,阿米卡星、哌拉西林—他唑巴坦、环丙沙星次之;对头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松及哌拉西林耐药性很强。结论ESBLs(+)肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性较强,亚胺培南、阿米卡星、哌拉西林—他唑巴坦对其有很高的活性,这些数据对临床经验用药有较好的指导作用。 Aim To study the antibiotic resistance of ESBLs-producing klebsiella pneumoniae tollkinds of drugs antibacterial drugs. Methods Do 11 kinds of drugs antibacterial susceptibility tests to73isolates ESBLs (-)klebsiella pneumoniae and31 isolates ESBLs ( + )klebsilla pneumoniae. ESBLs was performed on the double-disk synergy test. Results The ESBLs positive rate of klebsiella pneumoniae was 29.8%. The susceptible rates of positive ESBLs was lower than that of negative ESBLs to most drug. The susceptible rates of positive ESBLs to imipenem and aztreonam were highest,toamikacin, piperaciuin-tazobatam, ciprofloxacin were higher;The antibiotic resistance to cefotaxime, Cefoperazone, Ceftriaxone and piperaciuin were very strong. Conclusions The antibiotic resistance of ESBLs ( + )klebsiella pneumoniae was stronger,imipenem,amikacin, piperaciuin-tazobatam have a higher activity to it, these data take a important role in putting drugs of clinical experience.
