摘要
介绍了加油站埋地油罐在高油气浓度下清洗的各工作程序,尤其是各工作环节的安全管理工作,包括签订清洗施工合同;制定清洗作业方案;编制清洗作业应急预案:编制清洗作业过程中的危害识别与风险控制表及清洗作业和加强清洗作业现场的安全管理。该作法己在中国石化福建石油分公司推广。
Procedure of management on purging sunken tanks under the atmosphere with high oil and gas concentration is described. An operation contract and scheme and emergency program are necessary. Identification of perils, control chart and strengthening on-site safety management are also important.
