Decision Support Based on Case and Its Realization

本文在讨论基于案例推理的基础之上，提出了基于案例决策支持系统（ＣＢ－ＤＳＳ）的体系结构，并介绍了在ＳＸＳＥＳ－ＤＳＳ（陕西省科技经济社会协调发展宏观决策支持系统）的原模型上开发的ＣＢ－ＤＳＳ及其应用实例．ＣＢ－ＤＳＳ具有自学习的功能和完成自适应决策支持的特点，提高了决策支持的有效性．

This paper presents a structure of decision support systembased on case(CB-DSS)after discussing the reasoning based on case,thenintroduces the CB-DSS developed in the prototype of SXSES-DSS(DSS forMacroscopic Coordinative Development of Science and Technology,Society,Economy in Shaanxi Province)and its application.CB-DSS may implementself-learning and adaptive decision support,which enhances the effectivenessof decision support.
