摘要
本文采用定量的模型化技术和定性的经验知识相结合的方法,基于内部生长特性,对复杂的等级人才系统进行了宏观研究,建立了系统模型,分析了人才结构的熵特性,并开发了一个实用的等级人才预测规划辅助决策系统.
in this paper,the problem of predicting and planning for complex hierarchical manpower systems is considered from macroscopic view andbased on growth.The quantitative model technique and the qualitative experience knowledge are used to study the problem.The entropy performanceof the system structures is analyzed also.An auxilliary decision system forpredicting and planning hierarchical manpower systems is then developed.
