由于金融市场竞争激烈 ,金融风险问题日益突出 ,加强投资银行风险监管已经成为一项十分迫切的现实任务。我国投资银行作为行业的发展 ,迫切需要比较完善的法律与监管环境 ,使企业的经营有法可依 ,并在平等的环境中开展竞争。

Due to the problem of financial risk becomes more and more stricking, as a result, to reinforce the supervision and management of investment bank has become a pressing task. This paper expounds its general theories, and on the basis of analyzing the present situation of China＇ s investment bank and cx）mbining the development tendency of international investment banking, the author proposes the suggestion and advice of improving China＇ s investment banking supervision and management.
