法治的核心是树立宪法至高无上的权威性。必须要建立相应的宪法保障制度,宪法诉讼制度是在实践中证明最有效的宪法保障制度。进一步完善中国的宪法保障制度,建立宪法法院制度,赋予公民以司法救济手段来维护自己的利益,从而调动广大公民参与宪法实施的保障,是中国当代法制建设最为迫切的任务之一。
