摘要
乱收费现象在我国极为普遍,乱收费泛滥的原因有多种,折射出我国行政制度的缺失。要有效治理乱收费,应加强相关配套制度的改革,同时完善行政收费立法工作,尽快出台统一的《行政收费法》。
The phenomenon of disorderly charges is very catholic in our country, the causes of which are several. It reflects many problems of our society. To solve it effectively, on one hand it should strengthen revolution relevant concrete systems; on the other hand , it should intensify the legislations of the administration charges and promulgate earlier laws of the administration charges.
