褶合光谱法同时测定阿司匹林Vc泡腾片中二组分的含量

摘要 目的:用褶合光谱法在不经分离的情况下同时测定阿司匹林加维生素C泡腾片中阿司匹林和维生素C二组分的含量。方法:以褶合光谱为基础,结合当前最优秀的数值计算方法-偏最小二乘法(PLS),利用计算机处理技术进行二组分的含量褶合曲线分析。结果:阿司匹林和维生素C的平均回收率分别为102.02%和101.2%,相对标准偏差分别为3.89%和2.97%。结论:此方法不需要分离,即可同时测定吸收光谱互相重叠的阿司匹林加维生素C泡腾片中二组分的含量,方法可靠,操作简单,结果准确,可以在生产过程实现对药品质量的监控。 Objective: The convolution spectrometry was used to determine the content of aspirin and vitamin C in the aspirin and vitamin C effervescent tablets without separation simultaneously. Methods: Based on convolution spectrometry combined with the excellent calculation method-PLS method, we used convolution spectrometry of computer information process technology to analyze the convoluted curve of the content of aspirin (aspirin) and vitamin C. Results: The average recoveries of aspirin and vitamin C were 102.02% and 101.2% ,and RSD were 3.89% and 2.97%, respectively. Conclusion:This method can be applied to the simultaneous quantitative determination of the component in compound preparation with overlap of absorption spectrum without separation at the same time, and the method is credible, with simple operation and accurate result.
