摘要
利用Deform应用软件,从损伤和流线两个方面对有表面划痕的AISI-1008钢柱形坯料进行镦粗数值模拟分析。结果分析表明:高径比为2.33时,镦粗过程中其损伤情况随摩擦系数的增大而增大,通过对流线运动轨迹的追踪,在摩擦系数时可避免流线的断裂。
Using Deform application software, from the two facets of damage and streamline, simulated anal- ysis of AISI - 1008 steel cylinder billet upsetting det'ormation data with scratch marks is done, The result demonstrates that the damage degree is increasing with the coefficient of fraction when the ratio of height to diameter is 2, 33.. Through monitoring the tracts of streamline moving, it suggests that the breakage of streamline can be avoided,
