摘要
阐述了三钢集团公司内部电力系统各级定时限过电流保护定值计算中存在的问题,以炼钢厂4#转炉供电系统为例分析了定时限过电流保护无法实现选择性的原因,提出了解决问题的对策。
The problems in calculation of time cut - out over - current protection value for various stages of power system in San Steel Group Company is stated, the reason for not be able to select in that protection is analyzed with power network for 4# converter of Steelworks as example, some measures proposed.
