完善环境侵权的法律救济

Perfecting The Relief In Environmental Infringement

随着中国经济的飞速发展，环境问题日益突显。由于环境侵权不同于传统的民事侵权行为，其法律救济存在着诉讼困难、救济不足、 索赔困难等不少问题。为此，提出了完善环境侵权法律救济的一些对策，希望能对我国环境法律实践有所助益。

With economic fast development in China, more and more environmental issues emerge. Due to different from conventional civil infringement, environmental infringement exists many problems in relief： having difficulties in lawsuit and claim, not enough compensation fund, etc. In view of that, some countermeasures, aiming at perfecting the relief of environmental infringement in China, are put forward to help legal practice of environmental issues.
