摘要
本文论述了国外LIS系统的发展概况,并分析了其表现出来的四大特点:基于Unix标准,采用先进的体系结构;采用大型数据库,提供全文检索;LIS系统功能强调与网络的结合,与内容及服务的结合;注重OPAC的发展,以WebPAC为中心,构筑“信息门户”。
This paper discusses the development of foreign library automation integrated management system, and analyzes its four characteristics： Unix standard, the advanced system structure; the large-scale database, and full-text search. LIS systematic functions focus on the combination with the network,the combination with the content and service;the development of OPAC,the centering of Web PAC,and construction of “the information door”.
