摘要
目的:观察麻醉方法及麻醉药物对全麻苏醒期病人躁动的影响.方法:对130例ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级烧伤植皮、腹腔内肿瘤、腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者随机分为两组,以不同的麻醉方法及麻醉药物进行麻醉和管理,对两组进行苏醒期病人躁动程度比较,并采用Ramsay镇静程度评分.结果:两组麻醉效果满意,A组躁动的发生率与Ramsay镇静程度评分2分以上发生率分别为5.46%、76.4%,而B组为75.2%与8.0%.结论:两组间全麻苏醒期病人躁动发生率有明显差异(P＜0.01).
Objective：To investigate the effect of different anesthesia methods and anesthetic on restlessness in the awaking stage of general anesthesia. Methods ：130 patients with ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,abodominal tumors and laparoscopic cholecystectomy were included and randomly divided into two groups：group A and group B. Different anesthesia methods and anesthetics were used during operation. The degrees of restlessness in the awaking stage were compared by the Ramsay sedation scales between two groups. Results：The effect of anesthesia in both groups was satisfied. The incidence of restlessness and sedation higher than 2 points by Ramsay sedation scale was respectively 5.46 % and 76.4 % in group A, 75.2 % and 8.0 % in group B. Conclusion ： Incidence of restless- ness in the awaking stage of general anesthesia is significantly different between two groups （P 〈 0.01）.
