摘要
目的:总结上睑下垂的病因、临床表现、诊断及手术方法。方法:查阅国内外相关文献,并进行综述。结果:上睑下垂的病因很多,根据眼肌运动障碍机制进行分类,并采取相应的手术治疗。结论:临床应深入了解上睑下垂的病因,准确诊断并及时治疗。
Objective：To sum up the etiology, manifestations, diagnosis and surgical techniques of ptosis. Methods：Reading the related literatures home and abroad, the summarizing them. Results：The genesis of ptosis was multifactors. The disease was classified according to the mechanisms of dysfunction of ocular muscles. Sur- gery should be performed for every kinds of ptosis. Conclusion：Clinically further appreciating etiology, accurate diagnosis and proper surgery should be recommended.
