儿童多动症的经颅多谱勒脑血流学研究

Study on the Cerebral Blood Flow of Children ADHD Patients with Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography

目的研究经颅多谱勒(代D)在儿童多动症患者中的应用.方法对符合DSM-Ⅳ注意缺陷多动障碍的88例儿童与正常儿童的脑血流速度及脉动指数进行对照研究.结果10～14岁男性以基底动脉(BA)流速增加为主.而女性则以双侧大脑中动脉(MCA)流速减低为主;15～20岁男性与女性均以基底动脉(BA)流速增加为主.结论经颅多谱勒检测可以作为儿童多动症患者的辅助诊断工具.

[ Objective] To study the application of transcranial Doppler ultrasonography among children ADHD patients. [ Methods] The cerebral blood flow and pulsatility of 88 children ADHD patients was compared with that of the healthy children. [ Results] Among the patients group aged from 10 to 14, males mainly showed basilar artery velocity increase; females mainly showed middle cerebral artery velocity decrease. Among the group aged from 15 to 20, both the males and females mainly showed basilar artery velocity increase. [ Conclusion] Transcranlal Doppler ultrasonography is applicable to the diagnosis of children ADHD.
