手部创伤缺损的早期组织修复

Tissue Reconstruction of Injuries on Hands in the Early Phase

目的手部严重创伤,容易破坏局部解剖学结构,导致局部功能严重破坏,修复十分棘手,这里对手部创伤的早期修复方法做出探讨。方法早期采用前臂桡侧皮瓣、前臂尺侧皮瓣、前臂背侧皮瓣、手背桡侧皮瓣、第1掌骨背侧皮瓣、前臂筋膜蒂皮瓣等各种皮瓣修复手部创伤。结果41例手部创伤,35例皮瓣成活好,伤口1期愈合,该组均经1次手术而获修复,未出现皮下血肿、皮瓣坏死。结论早期利用各种皮瓣修复手部创伤,有利于手部创伤后的功能恢复。

[Objective] To explore a reconstruction method for injuries on hands in the early phase. [Methods] Several skin flaps, namely forearm radial skin flap, forearm ulnar skin flap, forearm dorsal skin flap, radial dorsum manus skin flap, first metacarpal bone dorsal skin flap, forearm fascia skin flap, were used to restore the traumatic wounds of hands in the early phase. [Results] The skin flaps of 35 cases developed well; all the cases were restored by a single operation. [ Conclusion] Using skin flaps a good method to restore injuries on hands; it is also beneficial for the functional recovery of hands after injuries.
