摘要
提出的输电网络规划协调优化模型是一个既考虑规划设计人员的经验和判断能力，又充分发挥计算机功能的模型．该模型能考虑一些难以量化的因素，得出的网络发展方案现实可行．应用本文模型作大系统实际输电网络规划方案的研究，均得到了合理的规划方案．
In this paper a coordinated optimal model for the transmission network Planning is Presented.In this Practical model, both the experience and judgement of the Planner and the computer functions can be considered,some factors difficultly to be quantified can be counted, and the transmission network expanSion plans obtained are feasible.The model has been applied to several real large transmission network planning researches, and the reasonable planning results have been obtained.
