应充分认识并高度重视德育环境对人们思想道德品质形成与发展的影响,努力加大环境建设力度,不断优化德育环境,同时又要根据环境的实际状况,注重培养德育主体的自主意识,增强他们对环境的分析、把握能力,努力形成环境与德育主体之间的良性互动。

It is important to fully understand the effects of moral environment upon students＇ morality formation. Thus, we should put more efforts on environmental construction, and to optimize the environment of moral education. Meanwhile, it is also essential to cultivate college students＇ independene, and to strengthen their analyzing and mastering abilities. By these, we can establish positive mutual reactions between the environment and the main body of moral education.
